Hoggar: Extreme Trekking, Adventure
The Hoggar is designed to conquer every terrain possible and at the same time being reasonably light and reliable. You can choose a 177/12mm rear axle width or a 197/12 depending on how wide you want your rims and tires to be. You can order standard sizing or a custom version and also choose from 3 dropout styles, Fixed, standard sliding and Fatlab proprietary Sliding (sliding versions come with Gates Belt Drive coupling). All versions combine precise handling with the compliance typical for titanium that comes in handy in the rough stuff. The Hoggar comes with your choice of wheels and tires for proper float and cornering abilities while being around a kilo lighter than most bikes in its class. The Hoggar is based on a 3AL 2.5V titanium frame with a Fishtail bent top tube for lower stand-over height and is available in 15, 17, 19 and 21 “ and even Custom sizes. You can choose your frame with 3 different dropout styles according to your own preferences which are a standard Fixed dropout, standard sliding dropout or the Fatlab Proprietary Sliding rocker dropout. The sliding dropout versions have a Gates Belt Drive coupling as standard integration. Like all Fatlab Titanium frames, the Hoggar comes with perfectly integrated cable routing by using alloy inserts that are removable via a small screw and which base mounts are welded into the frame. The cable routing is set for the rear derailleur, rear brake housing, and dropper post housing and is easy to maintain and access.
Frame weight is around 1800grs depend- ing on its size.
